Packaging Capabilities & Technical Support
Customisation, production coordination and in-house testing that carry your food packaging project from first requirement to delivery.
Every project starts from your food, your packing machine and your storage conditions. We adjust the pack along five dimensions and confirm the result with samples.
You share the food, packing method and machine, storage conditions, target size and quantity.
We return a requirement summary and the open questions our engineers need answered.
You share your priorities: barrier, puncture resistance, clarity, printing, budget.
We return a recommended structure, thickness, format and print option, with a quotation.
You run trials with your product on your own packing line.
We supply samples to the proposed spec, with lab test data on request.
You confirm the specification, artwork and order quantity.
We plan extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting and bag-making to that spec.
You provide delivery details and the documents you need.
We carry out finished-product inspection, packing, shipping documents and follow-up.
Each product follows its own route through the plant, and not every process applies to every product. Our engineers confirm the route for your structure.

Multilayer films built from PA, PE, PP and barrier layers in one pass, the base of our vacuum, shrink and forming films.

Gravure or flexo printing in 3 to 11 colours for brand, product and on-pack information.

Dry or solvent-free lamination to combine printed, barrier and sealing layers into one structure.

EVOH, PVDC or PA barrier layers for medium or high oxygen barrier, chosen for the shelf life you plan.

Channel patterns on vacuum bags and rolls so air can be evacuated on external vacuum sealers.

Wide webs cut and rewound to the width, length and core your packing machine takes.

Sealing and cutting into three-side seal, stand-up, zipper, spout or shrink bags.
Examples only: each route is confirmed per project.
A short film of the production line and of a sampling run, so you can see the equipment and the checks behind your structure before you come to the plant.
English subtitles. The film only starts when you press play, so sound stays off until you decide.
The film of the production line and of a sampling run is being finalised. Our team can send you the current footage, or arrange a live video call on the line, on request.
Production QC follows every order from raw material to packed goods. Our own testing lab covers mechanical, heat-seal, processing, impact and barrier properties on the equipment listed below.

Resins, films, inks and adhesives are checked against the material specification before they go into production.

Thickness, print, lamination and seals are checked on the line during extrusion, converting and bag-making.

Finished rolls and bags are inspected against the confirmed specification before packing and shipment.

Test conditions and target values are agreed per structure; results are issued as a test report on request.
Renature works under third-party audited management systems. Certificate copies, patent details and food-contact test reports are shared with customers on request.

Share the product, the machine and the volume. A packaging engineer replies with a proposal and, if useful, a sample plan.
